Battle Site: Yankee 2

Leaders Meeting: for Officers and NCO's!
05-01-09 Friday 21:00hrs
Location: "Axis Field Headquarters" - refereshments and delacicies welcome.
We encourage everyone to wear their best "Battlefield" impressions.

Ammo: Units are individually responsible for any ammo needs! Check with your unit leader well ahead

Battle Fee: 25$ All battle fee's must be paid to unit leaders and turned into & or collected at the Axis Field Headquarters

We will also be collecting any unpaid 2009 club dues!

Billeting: This event will be a field encampment - bivouac!
There will be no barracks available.!.
On site porta-potties (3) shall be available.

Line up and Safety: Safety breifing will be given at Saturday morning line up at 07:30 am sharp.

Authenticity: Wear appropriate 1943 Italian/Mediteranian attire. No Civilian Partisans.

Meals: All units are responsible for their own meals.

Battle Scenario: TBD by Axis and Allied leaders.

Battle time: Saturday 08:00 - 16:00 Sunday no line up 09:00 - 13:00
